View: Order Attribution

Found in Order & Order Line Revenue Explorer and Marketing Attribution Explorer.

The Order Attribution View is found in the Order & Order Line Revenue Explorer and the Transactional Sales Explorer (Will Replace the Current Order Line View.)

First Click integration Required
All of these new attribution models require a
GA First Click integration. Currently we do NOT have support for GA4.

 

Attribution Window
These models use a 30-day Attribution Window. This is NOT customizable.


Last Marketing Click & Last Ad Click

These models look at all of the traffic data that led up to a purchase and will attribute credit to the last marketing channel or ad channel touchpoint prior to the purchase.

An 'Ad Click' is considered to be any visit with a Channel-Mapped Channel Value of 'Display', 'Paid Search', or 'Paid Social.'

A 'Marketing Click' is considered to be any visit with a channel-mapped channel value of 'Display', 'Paid Search', 'Paid Social', 'Email', or 'SMS'.

You can Customize your channel Settings using the Attribution Settings in your Brand Supplied Data.

Channel Mapping

First Click Channel

The first-touch Channel in the buyer's journey. This is based on Google Analytics data, Plus the Channel Mapping Rules in your BSD.

First Click Vendor

The first-touch Vendor in the buyer's journey. This is based on Google Analytics data, Plus the Channel Mapping rules in your BSD.

First Ad Click Channel

The Channel value from the customer's Last Ad Click before purchasing. This is based on Google Analytics data, Plus the Channel Mapping rules in your BSD. 

First Ad Click Vendor

The Vendor associated with the customer's Last Ad Click before purchasing. This is based on Google Analytics data, Plus the Channel Mapping rules in your BSD. 

Last Click Channel

The channel associated with the customer's Last Non-Direct Click before purchasing. This is based on Google Analytics data, Plus the Channel Mapping rules in your BSD.

Last Click Vendor

The Vendor associated with the customer's Last Non-Direct Click before purchasing. This is based on Google Analytics data, Plus the Channel Mapping rules in your BSD.

Last Marketing Click Channel

The channel value from the customer's Last Marketing Click before purchasing. This is based on Google Analytics data, plus the Channel Mapping rules in your BSD. 

Last Marketing Click Vendor

The Vendor associated with the customer's Last Marketing Click before purchasing. This is based on Google Analytics data, plus the Channel Mapping rules in your BSD.

Custom

Custom Attribution Channel

The Channel associated with this Order, based on the priority defined in the Daasity App Brand Supplied Data Attribution Settings.

Default priority: 1. Self-Reported, 2. Discount Code Mapping, 3. Last Ad Click, 4. Last Marketing Click, 5. Last Click, 6. First Click.

Custom Attribution Vendor

The Vendor associated with this Order, based on the priority defined in the Daasity app. Brand Supplied Data Attribution Settings.

Default priority: 1. Self-Reported, 2. Discount Code Mapping, 3. Last Ad Click, 4. Last Marketing Click, 5. Last Click, 6. First Click.

Discount Code Mapping

Discount Code Channel

Attribution Channel as defined in the Discount Code Mapping BSD. This will be NULL if the Order is NOT associated with a Discount Code that is mapped in the BSD.

Discount Code Vendor

Attribution Vendor as defined in the Discount Code Mapping BSD. This will be NULL if the order is NOT associated with a discount code that is mapped in the BSD.

Google Analytics

First Click Default Channel Grouping

The default channel grouping associated with the buyer's first-touch, According to Google Analytics. Channel Mapping is not applied.

First Click UTM Campaign

The First-Touch utm_campaign value in the buyer's journey, According to Google Analytics. Channel Mapping is not applied.

First Click UTM Medium

The First-Touch utm_medium value in the buyer's journey, According to Google Analytics. Channel Mapping is not applied.

First Click UTM Source

The First-Touch utm_source value in the buyer's journey, According to Google Analytics. Channel Mapping is not applied.

Last Ad Click Default Channel Grouping

The default channel grouping associated with the customer's Last Non-Direct Click before purchasing, According to Google Analytics.
